Terms of use of this website and the basis on which we accept business.
Trading conditions
All business undertaken by Sunway Logistics is subject to our standard trading conditions e.g. the Standard Trading Conditions of FFFAI – confirm with owner, copies of which are available on request. Liability for loss or damage is limited as set out in those conditions and in the applicable bill of lading or air waybill terms.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the information provided and are subject to space and equipment availability, carrier surcharges, exchange rates and government levies at the time of shipment. Rates exclude duties and taxes unless stated.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of cargo descriptions, weights, values and documents, and for compliance with all applicable laws, including declaration of dangerous goods.
Insurance
Cargo is not insured by us unless insurance is specifically requested in writing and confirmed. We strongly recommend marine cargo insurance for every shipment.
